Your Opportunity

At the core of the team, consultants begin to develop specialized knowledge and manage a significant portion of project work. As part of your ongoing development and to support the development of others, you will be encouraged to coach those more junior than you, to share your BCG experience, and to serve as a thought partner to your colleagues.

In addition to on-the-job growth, you will have opportunities to participate in a variety of training programs to build your skills and network with your BCG colleagues. The firm’s Ambassador Program allows top performers to spend a year working in another BCG office and provides the opportunity to create a strong international network and promote knowledge sharing across BCG.

Your Challenge
As a consultant, you will be challenged to take charge of more complex aspects of the team effort. Insights from interviews and quantitative analysis will be essential to conceptualizing and communicating solutions and proposing ways to implement them. Through your daily interactions, you will be instrumental in building strong client relationships.
Your Impact
You will work closely with clients to develop deep understanding of competitive issues, create strategies for change, secure clients’ buy-in to strategic solutions, and work alongside clients to make those solutions happen. Your work will be to develop and deliver effective solutions.
