Executive Assistant provides PA support to Partners, manages complex agendas and client communication i.e. meetings, travel and daily logistics; screens all calls and mails; coordinates details of case related events.
Case Team Assistant (CTA) is assigned to a Principal/Project Leader; produces presentations according to BCG formats, including highly complex graphics and using BCG tools: Power Point/Excel/Word; manages phone calls/messages and time sheet; schedules external/internal meetings, handles logistics and travel arrangements.
Reception manages the switchboard, greets all visitors and vendors; is responsible for booking of the meeting rooms, mail and courier services.
Logistic is responsible for day-to-day facility management: coordinates office moves; manages print and copy jobs; maintains security system; liaises with cleaning services; coordinates logistical needs for events and/or meetings; maintains supplies for office and/or beverage needs.
